I.am 26-27 in jeans and I’m looking at a size 6 so I was wondering if you could tell me how well they fit you since they’re more tailored before I make an offer - happy poshing - Amy

nandadmc @tinkerrn hi dear, yes, definitely go up a size. The 8 fits perfectly and I normally wear size Small for north face ski pants. Size 4-6 for regular pants.

tinkerrn @nandadmc so u think a 6 would be ok. Not too small ? Normally I guess 26 is a 2 and 27 is a 4 ? 27 are little loose on me and 26 slightly tight but fit.

nandadmc @tinkerrn I’m sorry I only saw your reply now. Did you end up buying? If you’re size 2 ou XS the spyder 6 should be good. I’m impressed by how the size 8 is so small. It’s 15” side by side in the waist

I’ve been to other places _park city UT x 2 - beaver creek and crested butte CO- my first time since ACL tear - in 2017 - so needed all new gear clothing wise !

nandadmc @tinkerrn I tried them without the baselayer, it will fit tight, but I like it better. I’ve just come back from Breckenridge. I love that place! So many great runs!! And I’m going back to park city next Saturday. My favorite resort! Have fun!!!

tinkerrn @nandadmc did you go on Spyder site for new amour pants ? It said 4 for me ( you know how they have u input different info and they’ll recommend different sizes for different styles ) but some said to size up one size in review from recommended size which would be a 6 🤞🤞🤞

nandadmc @tinkerrn i checked Spyder website and they recommended a size 6 for me. I’m glad I sized up and the 8 looks perfect. So if they recommended a size 4 and you’re getting a size 6, you’re good!!! Let me know!!

nandadmc @tinkerrn I have a North Face clementine thermoball. It’s a tight fit and very flattering! Just because I’m covered in winter gear doesn’t mean I have to look like a snowball, right? Lol. I love park city too! I’m sorry about your ACL! Enjoy Breckenridge. There’s this awesome place to eat and drink called Motherloaded. It’s so nice and cozy!! Please go there!!

tinkerrn @nandadmc you’re so right ! I don’t wanna look like a snowball either. Thank you Soooo much for the recommendation of the restaurant ! Yes it did say size 4 for me and I bought the size 6. ACL is fine now. I’m a little nervous about it but I finally went water skiing for the first time this past October - I grew up waterskiing all the time and slalom. And I did that when it was cold water even ! They gave me the ok to snow ski awhile back !

tinkerrn @nandadmc it’s the worst surgery ( pain wise ) I’ve ever had. Day 3 post op is miserable. I had a total ACL reconstruction with bone grafts and screws. But my physical therapist has had 7 of them. He used to live in Breckinridge. From Austria and he was a big time snow skier. I’ve lost the teeniest amount of range of motion. But that’s when it’s hyper extended.

nandadmc @tinkerrn oh my!! My trip was so nice. I wish I’d live in a resort city... I love it so much. My pants are amazing too everyone was talking about it! I wore under armour’s cold gear leggings underneath it. Got me warm all day long!! Next stop: Whistler/Blackcomb, Canada!!

There’s a fini long jacket not on here plains with black faux leather but longer. But may be too late for me to order. I did get bomber one. I’d prefer with a black coat but my man doesn’t like black coats. On the ski hill ?!?
