jenmerch Hey, Just received your review! I am so sorry that the item came broke. I unfortunately did not have bubble wrap at the moment so I tried to load it with newspaper as much as I could. I am super sorry , I have sent things like that before and never had an issue Im assuming the post office had a lot to do with it. The emerald city is just broken and shattered in green pieces everywhere. I’m so sad and disappointed, I really need this piece. Thank you again for responding and trying to work something out with me .
