modernbohemia @carbatch hello. USPS did not return the sweater to me. It was being held for you at the post office bc there was “not a secure place to leave it.” I reached out to Poshmark support and they tried contacting you to let you know the package was waiting to be picked Contact them, bc I don’t have the sweater and no idea how to track it anymore. My notifications all say delivered. Sorry I can’t be of further assistance!

carbatch @modernbohemia UPS left me a notice that the sweater couldn’t be left because I needed to pay $32.87 in postage!!! Since my purchase, included shipping, was just $16.49, I was not going to pay anything more and let UPS return it to you. I will check with UPS if they have sent it back to you and let you know.

modernbohemia @carbatch what?! 😱 I printed the label from Poshmark and they definitely took the shipping fee from the sale. This makes no sense. Did you contact Poshmark?

carbatch @modernbohemia yes. They said you probably used the wrong box and to refuse it so it is returned to you. I will check with UPS to see if they still have it.

carbatch I sent a photo of the postage required slip to Posh. Their response looked generic. This morning posh sent me an email that said the sweater is still at the post office and to go in and tell them to return it to you refused. You will need to contact posh to find out why the package came postage needed.

carbatch Just got back from the post office. I asked why there was post due so since there was postage on it. They said it was because you sent it priority but used an express envelope. I tried to get them to just let me have it, but they insisted I pay $32.87 for it. I refused and they said it would be sent back to you.

modernbohemia @carbatch ugh. You are absolutely right. I checked the stack of bags I grabbed last time I was at the post office. Sure enough, express. You would have thought the postman would have told me the discrepancy when he scanned it in for me 🤦🏼‍♀️ I sincerely apologize. I will re-send it properly as soon as it arrives. Is there anything similarly price in my shop that interests you? I’d be more than happy to send that as well, free of charge, for the inconvenience. Comment on what you like.
