@flem1 Hi,I want to give you a quick update on the Ralph Lauren sweater you bought. It was processed through USPS on April 18th at 2:31 pm. Every time I check on the status it says it is moving through the USPS system. I have notified Poshmark that there is a shipping problem with USPS as this was 2 Day Priority mail. I asked them to contact the Post Office to investigate. I also asked them to contact you with an update on your package delivery. LMK if you have any questions.Thanks

Hi, no there isn't anything either one of us can do at this point. I am so sorry this happened to you. I didn't want you to think I was lax on mailing out your item. The same thing happened to me with something I ordered from eBay. I got the item a month later. PO said is was lost in their system but finally found it. If i don't hear back from Poshmark I will contact the PO myself. If by chance it shows up please let me know. Thanks so much.

@flem1 Hi, I checked on the Ralph Lauren sweater & it looks like it finally made it to Florida so hopefully you will have it in a few days. Poshmark responded to me that they were investigating shipping &all of a sudden it started moving through the system with updates. I’ll keep a check on it. Thanks so much for understanding. I think the PO might be overwhelmed at this point. Take care

@jmottle Hey yeah, apparently so. The address you’ve sent it to is a forwarding address, so I don’t really know what happens until it gets listed in my suite (which it’s not yet done because they’ve got a backlog due to covid). But I’m sure it’s all fine. It’s not your problem in any case haha!
