The Dior Tie was never fixed or tampered with in anyway, however that is used Tie. Not sure what is damaged on it, but the 1 star rating is surprising!

If you say you thoroughly looked it over then ok, maybe you can focus on better packaging your products so this won't happen again. I've accepted the product, you will be paid, so let it go.
