@pozheart I just got off from work, went to inventory to get bracelet to clean & pack, I used a Sterling silver cleaner which evidently was to harsh for the bracelet, the bracelet was a little damaged due to this. I am willing to give you a refund or you can choose something else from my Closet along with a free gift. I really apologize for this. I will post a pic so you can view it.

@1chicago_chix I am shocked about the "order cancelled message". I am disabled, stuck in a wheelchair. One of the few joys I have left is jewelry. Not rich, I carefully make my purchase decisions. I saw the picture you sent of the damage. Is the damage the change in color? I liked the original version of the bracelet because it matched a similar necklace I have. The damaged one doesn't match my necklace but I might be willing to buy it IF you would consider offering me some kind of discount

I know you purchased the earring jackets and I cancelled the order. I had to because I had them on eBay and they sold. Person doesn’t want them because they aren’t marked 14k but they tested as 14k. I bought them as 14k and diamond on eBay. If still interested they are available and you could make an offer.
