so_boutique Hi Flor. I appreciate you taking the time to rate your purchase. I’m sorry that the box was damaged during shipping. All packaging is new and directly from the USPS. Unfortunately, I have no control over handling once I drop the package off at the Post Office. Thank you for your note saying that the packaging was cute and nice. The item description clearly states the material of the scarf as 100% Polyester, not Cotton. I hope that you enjoy it!
