sarascollection Hello Florence, I am so sorry I meant to tell you yesterday that the satchel handle on the handbag was coming slightly apart on one side and unraveling and I went ahead and took it off and I put a dosing of Anna strap on it it matches perfectly and it looks beautiful. However if you are not happy with it you are absolutely welcome to return it for full refund. Enjoy your trip😊

sarascollection Florence, I am so disappointed right now, I explain to you that I had to change the handle and you do have a very expensive handle that was put on that handbag, and I included a $200 wallet along with the handbag. And you really left me a three star review? I am utterly appalled. I told you please return the handbag if you are not 100% happy for a full refund
