Hello, thank you for your initial interest in my closet and for your order. i’m aware i made the mistake of sending the wrong item and i completely take responsibility for that. However, i messaged you privately about my situation multiple times with no response despite you being active. i’m assuming you are keeping the item i accidentally sent because it was worth more than the amount you pay. It extremely upsetting the way you took advantage of this situation.

@itz_shopper I lost 3 family members to covid in 3 weeks. I don't want the item I have received by mistake they only gave me 2 business days to send them back. with planning funerals and going to wakes it wasn't possible. along with taking my sister for treatment for her breast cancer I don't have time. this is the first day I slept more then 2 hours.
