Dear seller, I didn't receive your purse and when I will receive it, I will return it to you. I don't like the material. I didn't know before how that vinyl looks but I saw a friend's purse and don't like it. Please understand that I don't like it. I will never accept it. I don't have idea why you think that I received it ! I repeat : I DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR PURSE. did not receive it and I don't want it. You can open a case with the carrier. I didn't receive the purse.

Dear Seller, I did not receive the package. I know, you may think that I am just saying like that because I don't like your purse but I DID NOT RECEIVE IT AT ALL. Please understand that I don't have it and cannot make any appreciation on it. Also I don't want to be charged for something I never received. Please call the post office and tell them that the package appears as delivered but I never received it in my mail box. I made a claim with USPS and today the mail man talk to me.

@stylishdeals4u I feel for you as I had a somewhat experience with this buyer too. It's very shady on how she didn't like the purse because it looked like cheap vinyl, but she said she never received it. Hmmmm

@clcbo i reported her this am. this kind of dishonesty shouldnt be able to stay on poshmark not only is she keeping the purse shes also been reimbursed. i told them to look at the buyers history hopefully that will work?

what confuses me is that she loved your purse enough to order it but then miraculously she saw her friend who has the exact same purse and decides ewww it is ugly and cheap and thinks that she can just cancel the order after you had already shipped it.

Look up her area post office by her address and call the postmaster yourself just google phone number for l post office near and put her address in and then you will get her actual post office. Then you can speak directly with the manager and also find out who delivered it. I have done this before and took matters into my own hands. You might be able to find out just how many "Did not receive" claims she has claimed with USPS too.

Something is definitey not right with this buyer and we are ambassadors and need to be trusted on our word. I have told Poshmark that they get too many return requests and then it just becomes a quick judgement with no true investigation and they just approve the buyers return. I hope it works out for you. Please keep me updated as I am waiting on my purse to come back.
