keatleyj I used it for the first time today as I just got back in town. Turns on, but no steam comes out. I followed all directions and used distilled water. It just makes a noise.

keatleyj I paid $42.96 with tax and shipping. First time using Poshmark, so I'm not sure how this works. I contacted their support by email. I'm waiting to hear back. Can you please contact them as well? I'm not sure if they handle the refund through you?

keatleyj Poshmark just got back to me and they returned the full amount and said I do not have to return the item. So, I will just discard the item as it does not work.
