michdebi @twistoffcap I totally understand. You are short staffed. But my Louis Vuitton 2019 Shanghai zipper coin should have been a slam dunk to clear. It’s new in the box with receipt and an authentication from Proauthentication. Come on. The purchaser expected this prior to Christmas. I expected the funds to use for Christmas gifts. Some restitution needs to be made with this transaction. A lower commission to me and something special for the purchaser. This has gone on way too long with no results.
