sheabirrrd Hi Fran. I don’t use heavy soaps because of fragrance safety concerns and I literally wore the item one time for maybe 15 minutes. It was a gift and I didn’t like the color on me. The texture of the fabric is no different than the day I got it. It’s supposed to have a soft, worn feel as with lots of Anthropologie clothing that is expensive but looks like it’s been worn for 5 years. It is in near perfect condition and I’m very sorry you feel otherwise.
