Hello Fran!! I'm done waiting for support to figure this out. I asked them to just charge me for a new shipping label, and they have to decide- decide what- just charge me for a new label. Since they are making things difficult is there any thing else in my closet that you want or like? Let me know and I'll see about sending you something extra. If there's anything else you want I'll shoot you an offer for it for $0 and free shipping so I can get a label to send it and your eyeshadows.
