I was always excited when you accepted my offers as I never want to offend anyone with what I offer and try to be fair and not lowball. I always thought you couldn't return and only relish some am surprised people try that. I definitely think the consideration for others has decreased and people can be very rude and in considerate.

lafemmeparis26 I haven't sold a lot on here but have a ton of items that are new to list and they are all designer brands. It makes me nervous as I take it too personal when someone is not happy. I guess I will just have to prepare for those that are never happy, which is sad! Well we will both keep loving fashion and try to stay positive! sarakemper @lafemmeparis26 awh yes and knowing it's you I always try to accept lol. I know it'll be easy and nice! I have had people request returns because the "color doesn't match" or because it was different then they thought etc. One person right now is trying to return a jacket because the color isn't stated on the tag and she thinks it doesn't match the color of the jacket I posted lol it's so much harder to know if people will accept or try to return and make an issue...sucks!

I just love easy transactions and most the time if people make an issue I just block em and don't sell to them again because it's too hard! just sucks people are like that! I have never requested a return on here because I know sometimes camera photos turn out darker or lighter etc. just hard!

sarakemper I think alot of it is people who changed their mind so they try to use those reason for poshmark to accept the return...and it's a long process and then you have to hope you get the correct item back in the same condition as you sent it...it doesn't happen often but often enough to make it harder to sell to people who truly want the items. then I have to re-list it and try to sell it again just frustrating! lol thank you for letting me vent to you! haha

I had asked her if any stains or missing buttons etc. Just because I was nervous about buying on this platform. When I asked her about the dress and make-up stains she fessed up that she has had it returned numerous times For that exact reason,

lafemmeparis26 I wanted to tell her maybe that was a clue she needed to be honest with her buyers. I simply asked For her to sell me another item from her closet minus $20 off of it, for what would be half or close to the dry cleaning cost of me getting the dress cleaned. In hindsight I should have returned it as the stains never came out right.

lafemmeparis26 Like you said they are looking for reason to return whether it is buyers remorse or it didn't fit, etc. I'd do like my customers to be happy, when we lived back in Washington state I had a boutique and coffee shop I was all about cutiker service and dislike any confrontation. I keep thinking aboutbooening up a boutiqenhere in Virginia for high end consignment and new items.
