Hi, did you happen to receive a pair of boots instead of the torrid tunic? If so I greatly apologize and ask you to send them back to I can send them to the correct customer and send your torrid tunic. I have contacted customer support. I will return item once a prepaid shipping label for its return is provided. I do not think it's appropriate not to send the item I bought and paid for due to a mistake that is not my own. I have requested to cancel my order. As stated I will return the item once a return label is provided to me.

@francenea there’s been no case opened on this order therefore until you do so a return label from Poshmark cannot be sent. Nor can Poshmark refund your payment until you’ve requested a case be opened in reference to this order.

You have to open a case against the order or it will release your payment to me automatically 3 days are the item was delivered. Just FYI.
