franceskk @derinda I had my first sale today but I do not have a printer for the pre paid shipping label so I went to the post office today and got a free box but then i got charged $10 to ship and the item I was shipping was sold for no less than $6 shouldn't it be free to ship with the shipping label?

derinda You shouldn't have had to pay anything!!! The buyer pays the shipping. All priority boxes are free. You can also order them online. Make sure you don't get any other envelope or box other than priority.

derinda I am sorry I can't answer right away.... I am volunteering at our local food bank today. I feel awful for you!!! You have to get a printer, so you get to Orange not your own labels. As long as it weighs under 5 lbs. you don't pay anything!!!!
