kat03186 Hi. I wanted to touch base with you in regards to the skirt you just purchased from me. I saw where you had notated that I could improve on my packaging and item cleanliness. If you could explain to me the issue I would really appreciate it. I take pride in making sure all my items are clean and the packaging is extra. I actually wrapped your skirt in tissue paper with a bow and included a note. Also, the skirt was freshly dry cleaned. Thank you
