armcharms @fran114 I just realized that I sent the wrong item out to you today. I got my package is mixed up. I am so sorry😞. I have contacted Poshmark to determine what I should do. I am going to do whatever I can to get the correct item out as soon as possible. Again, I'm so very very sorry for this mistake. I think I'm a little overwhelmed from my family emergency . I will be waiting to hear back from Poshmark. I will get this to you as soon as possible.

armcharms I will send the correct giraffe top out tomorrow at my own expense. I have never done this before and I feel horrible! PoshMark will probably send you a return label as soon as they receive my email in the morning. I feel so horrible but please don't worry I will send it out in the morning. Thank you so much 😊

armcharms Poshmark Orders you to contact them so they may send you a return label. I have informed them of my error and that is what they have requested of you so I may send you the correct item. armcharms @fran114 I have emailed Poshmark and asked if they will re-issue a shipping label to send the correct item. I'm not sure if you have to repurchase so I'm waiting to hear. Again, I'm so sorry for all of this. I have never done anything like this before ever! I'm so embarrassed/disappointed in myself that you may have gotten the wrong impression from me or Poshmark. I will update you ASAP😞

fran114 Yes I believe I have to wait for my refund, and buy it again. It seems like they will automatically refund me the money once you receive it. I don't think poshamrk does "exchanges" unfortunately. @armcharms
