My mom grew up in Italy but was an only child so all the relatives we have left are retired and not buying villas, so I was out of touch about this situation. I'm so sad to hear she has to give up her dream home. She'll be in my thoughts and prayers (as are you very often, I hope business is going well β€οΈ)
