kaeallgood I’m sorry you were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the Converse you purchased. I take pride in making sure the shoes I sell are as clean as possible. I feel that the pictures and description were accurate and displayed how great of shape the shoes were in.

Rest assured that on my end it has been dropped off at the post office and should be getting to you shortly!! I’m not sure why it hasn’t tracked yet. ragz_2richz Hello! It’s unfortunate that your item was not received as shipped. My goal was to get them to you as quickly as possible. I did not have the original shoe box which is why I opted to send in a shoe bag. It has never been an issue, but I will take that into account for future orders. They were only worn once and looked as pictured when shipped. They clean up well, so a wet warm cloth should do the trick. You have quite a few budget friendly items on your page; I’ll be sure to share!
