@francie110 ok great questions first go to your profile hit edit and you can change/add pictures and change your intro to anythi g you want and people share our closets on posh or Twitter there are a couple other sites but no worries you don't have to do anything does that help

@sandyrutter2017 Thank you for these introductions- not really used to this so I appreciate all of your “Poshmark education”! One other question- if someone puts one of my items into their bundle am I expected to immediately give a price reduction? If I do and it’s rejected what happens next?

@francie110 no you do not have to send them an offer they can buy it as is or they can send you an offer if you do not like offer you can deny if you want to send them an offer they can accept or deny as well

@francie110 sometimes people will send you a very low offer we call that low balling not cool if you don't like the offer for any reason you can deny

@francie110 well you have to keep in mind people buy our stuff for our price and can resell it for however much they want to at first it made me mad but I'm over it as long as I get what I want for it after they buy it they can do whatever they want with it because its theirs now

If two people have one of my items (the same item) in their bundle and I have made an offer to one- if they have not responded as yet is it acceptable to make an offer to the other person? Or should I wait until the first offer expires to offer to the second person? Thanks! Hope you are well!

When I clicked on “need help” it brought me to a list of explanations as to how to cancel a purchase. It’s not working for my situation. @francie110 if you go to the item at the bottom it says reduced-price click on that and you can reduce price to all likers and anybody that like that item you can throw that offer out there

If a buyer purchased something and then decided she wanted to add another item without paying additional shipping, how could that be done? I have asked Poshmark but due to it being the weekend, I have heard nothing back. I am thinking you have to cancel the first order but not really sure. Thanks in advance for your help!!! 🤗

@francie110 exactly just tell her you're going to cancel the original order make another order for her that has the item that she bought in it just one quick picture or something one quick description of that have her bundle bat plus the other item and that was she only has to pay shipping for 1

@francie110 no you just cancel and make another post with the original item because it is marked sold so you have to make another post then she adds that item and the other item in a bundle then she purchases
