frannegirl @kjhaut not a word! I got an automatic response saying sorry the post office lost your package and we are investigating but can take up to 2 weeks!! I sent them about 3 more messages explaining what happened and haven’t heard a thing. So I contacted them on twitter and Instagram and they said they forwarded my message to the proper person but to please go through email! So I’m getting nowhere with them.

frannegirl @monarchfashion I’m sorry I stopped writing reviews. If only a rating is left then nobody can see what items you purchase. If you leave a review then they can. When I go to resell items which sometimes I do after a period of time, it’s more difficult as people try to find what you paid and then that impacts what you can get for the item.
