raeannad Hi @fruggalmoma. I just received your package. I am sorry you weren't happy with your purchase! Also I didn't know you were trying to reach out to me. You had the option to decline the product when you received it and then return it but you accepted it. I will try to figure out how to issue a refund, but right now I am not sure how to do that.
