sugarb0nes Hi, I purchased the black Cardy UGG boots on December 11th, I still have NOT received them. I was hoping to have these by Christmas, which never happened. You manually inputted a tracking number, however, the tracking number still says it’s in pre-shipment from December 11 and that the USPS hasn’t even received the package to be shipped. Could you please cancel this order or ship them?
