@titanico79 I’ve contacted Poshmark Support and is waiting on a response. The other buyer has not responded to any of my comments, even though it shows that they’ve been active on the app/site. I wish there was more info I could give at the moment. Again, I am so sorry this had to happen. I’ve never mis-shipped an item before.

@titanico79 I asked around to others that this has happened to, and they said that in some cases the buyer is really slow at sending off the other item. I hope she does the right thing. She initially opened the case and was understanding and I thought this would be a easy process to fix. I’m skeptical as well since we have yet to get a response. I will let you know what Poshmark says when they get back to me. She still has yet to accept the correct package you sent..
