donna8074 hi. I'm not trying to insult you, it's got a woman in a group home and she had a certain amount she is allowed to spend. she can only go up to 25 and that's pushing it due to shipping. thank you

donna8074 @frankaine unfortunately the State will not allow her to spend that much on sandals . living in a group home your funds are limited. nor do you have the privileges of spending however much money on items that you'd like. especially when they are not new. as she has to turn in all receipts to the state as every penny of hers has to be accounted for. I hope you find someone to enjoy them as much as she would have take care and stay safe.
