frankie902 @karaandk thank you. I just finished purchasing the boots but I forgot to charge the shipping address. Can I give you the correct shipping address? They ate supposed to go to my granddaughter as a Christmas gift.

frankie902 @karaandk Hi, I just wanted to check with you and see if you have mailed out the boots yet? I'm not sure you remember me but I'm the one that put in the wrong address but was able to contact POSTMARK and they stayed they were able to send you a new address label with the correct mailing address. I was just checking on it since the package hasn't been received yet. Thank you.

karaandk @frankie902 hi, I sent it to the address you provided with your purchase. I do not input address, Posh sends shipping labels. It is either in a large priority mail box or a brown box. Those are the only two boxes I use for orders. I use the brown boxes for larger items that don't fit the priority boxes. I don't remember if the shoe box was able to fit in a priority box or not that is why I said either priority box or a brown box.

karaandk @frankie902 I just looked at your order at my end and it doesn't show that it has been scanned by the USPS. I hope it is not lost because priority mail shouldn't take more than 2-3 business days. I can put another size 8 in the mail today if you are ok with sending back the original one I sent whenever it arrives. I normally don't do this but I understand it is your granddaughters Christmas gift. Please advise. Thank you.

frankie902 @karaandk I have not received either package as of to date. I'm pretty disappointed since my granddaughter won't have her gift on Christmas. Postmark sent me an email says since it's been so long and the order hasn't been shooed out yet that I can cancel my order altogether. I'm currently in process of doing that.

karaandk @frankie902 hi, You can cancel the order at your end if you like. I trust that you will pay for them when you receive it and return the original box assuming it isn't lost. I have a snapshot of the second box with tracking number I can email you if you provide an email address. I am sorry that it is taking this long to be delivered but USPS issues are totally out of my control. I tried my best by sending you another package a couple of days ago. I will track the package right now.
