frankease @annacasta96 if a buyer adds item(s) to a bundle it opens the door to haggling. You can offer to add things to the bundle or you can offer a lower price.

kophnsmartinez Hello Frankie, I just got the Lip Service jacket from you, I want to thank you for your quick shipping and customer service, I have a problem with the jacket, I followed the instructions on cleaning it Exactly as they were stated on the label, unfortunately it started resolving basically, The fabric is literally coming apart it ruined my washer staining it, do you have any recollection on where you purchased this jacket, my first step is, to ask lip service for help

frankease @kophnsmartinez hi! It was purchased directly from Lip Service years ago. I'm so sorry! I didnt notice it at all before I sent it and can't think why its happening now. I sold it for a friend who received two of the same jacket. he wore one and the other, the one I sold you, was basically brand new, it was never worn and it may never have been washed.

You and I both felt very confident in the fabric feel and labeled brand, it’s not at all your fault, this is a production problem, so I will not put this on you, I want to thank you for your help, I will reach out to lip service for help, I just want to be prepared for any inquiries as to where I got it, but you’re absolutely right, it was brand new, unfortunately it’s beyond wearing or repair, again thank you so very much for your help
