thekicklist Hey Frankie can you let me know if you get your shoes today? My package was dropped off at the post office along with other packages and they all updated except yours. I went yesterday to inquire with the post people and they said sometimes it just doesn’t scan but it will still get there but it’s been 3 days now. If you don’t get it by today or tomorrow can you please let me know so I can stir up some mess lol.. I don’t need no post men stealing my boxes now

thekicklist So the post office sent both shoes to the same address. I just sent the receipt to poshmark for help in getting the second pair from the other customer

thekicklist @frankie3115 I believe I have one size left and I’m waiting for poshmarks response on the issue. Trust me I want you to get shoes ASAP so I can receive my funds too 😞😞 I’m out of town for the day I’ll be back tonight. If I have the size I’ll ship it out to you while I wait on my shoes or money to be refunded from the post office mishap. Poshmark is aware of the situation and I’m waiting to see what options I have. I’ll have a answer for you tomorrow. I’ll figure something out for you soon.. 💕

frankie3115 @thekicklist so it thought the post office shipoed my sneakers to the wrong address. However a few hours before I was able to cancel my order for it being delayed the shipment status changed to "shipped"🤔🤔

thekicklist @frankie3115 they did, I can provide the receipt on Instagram. I let poshmark know someone got a additional pair and to have them ship it back to me. So it’s shipping to me or to you. It was shipped same day as theirs. It was just a unfortunate mistake on the post offices part.

thekicklist I opened my email this morning and poshmark told me They sent the other buyer a label to forward the package to the correct buyer which is you. That is why it has updated to shipped. I can also provide a screenshot of this email to you.

I hope their mistake doesn’t reflect badly on my customer service as this was out of my control and I tried my very best to get you your delivery in a timely manner. Your order should have arrived Monday like the other package did for my other customer. I do again apologize for the long wait and can provide all info on the issue for your comfort and knowledge 🙏🏽
