kejeco You mentioned shipping to improve and gave us 2 stars? I put them in the mail the same day you purchased them...take up your complaint to USPS and not ding my ratings. Per Poshmark we have .09 days shipping. 🤠

frankie_burgess @kejeco what does “take up your complaint withUSPS and not ding my rating” mean? Are the ratings put in place for the buyer to use or for the seller? Is the buyer to contact the seller prior to giving a rating to inquire as to what the seller would like the rating to be? You have a nice closet, but rest assured I have purchased my last item from there.

kejeco @frankie_burgess I can’t control the USPS...I mailed your boots the same day you ordered them. Not my fault the USPS service didn’t deliver on time. You should rate me on what I have control over like the quality of the boots you bought from us, customer service, etc. 🤠

kejeco @frankie_burgess I just want to be clear...I welcome ratings from our customers and providing areas that we can improve. It appears by your rating I was being unfairly rated on something I can’t improve. Once I dropped your boots in the mail we where both at the mercy of the United States Postal Service which unfortunately as of late is not doing their job in delivering the mail in a timely manner.
