kingcaydenmom Hello I just received the fedora hat yesterday delivered by usps and I opened it up and I'm highly disappointed. This hat looks like anything else but brand new with strings hanging out of it and really used and lint all over it. I have contacted Posh as well and sent photos. Unfortunately the ratings for this item is less than 2 stars and I'm disgusted
