huf9600 @swallowtails I have a question someone made an offer on 3 of my items, I countered and they purchased, however Posh emailed 3 shipping labels, does this mean they had paid 3 times for shipping?

swallowtails @huf9600 The way to find out that answer, is to look at your list of items sold.(My Sales) If they purchased them one at a time, the answer would be yes, they paid for each label However, if it shows that you sold them as a bundle then you should only need one label.

swallowtails @huf9600 If you find out that they have purchased them separately, they are able to cancel the purchases by going to their Account Tab > My Purchases > “Select the Order” > Problems/Order Inquiry > Accidental Purchase. Then ask them to re-purchase as a Bundle. In order to make sure the price of the bundle is what you agreed on, have them offer you the agreed amount then you except the offer. I hope this helps you.

swallowtails @huf9600 Yes that is true. You would need to upgrade your label to a higher cost and you'd want to factor that in. Also, in order to cancel they have a 3 hour window for a mistaken order. After that, they have to wait 7 days to see if the order has been shipped. If it has NOT been shipped, then they can cancel after seven days.
