nanasjewelbox Hello Fred! Thanks for your interest in the bandana. Rather than negotiate I thought I'd suggest a meet in the middle. Today is called Closet Clear Out. Anything reduced by 10% or more gets reduced shipping. So if I reduce the price of it to 10 then your shipping is 4.99. If you were to actually pay 5, plus regular shipping it'd be 13.11. So this is a difference of 1.89 more. If the 10 + 4.99 is agreeable to you LMK, I will first decline offer, then change the price for you. I can ship tmrw.
