Hi there, I wanted to reach out to you because upon preparing your purchase to ship I noticed I mistakenly listed the item as NWT since I had additional items that have already sold. The item is new never been worn, but doesn't have tags nor does it come with the adjustable straps which may/may not be necessary for you. I sincerely apologize.
