Hello. I’m very sorry the cap was delivered to you that way. I go to a mail annex that boxes the items for me. Was it boxed with peanuts or anything? The pics that I listed the cap with just shows a few fuzz pieces so I’m not sure where those stains came from. I’m fine with the partial refund. Again I’m be ver sorry
