I called the Post Office on Friday, 10//18/2019 and opened a investigative case to find out why it has not left the Receiving Facility in the North Miami area. It’s showed that it was scanned there on 10/11/2019 and was scanned again in transit 10/15/2019. I’m only 30 minutes away in the South Miami area. I should have received it the following day. I should have a response by Tuesday, 10/22/2019. Thanks for inquiring.

eugenecurrie30 @emilyrjennings no ma’am. I have not received it and I’m still waiting on a response from the Postal Service. They told me I should hear something by Tuesday that just passed but no word yet. I’m going to give them a call tomorrow for a follow up. It is frustrating.

eugenecurrie30 Good morning. I spoke with a post office rep this morning about the case I opened in reference to the package. The previous rep just stated in the notes that it was in route to the next facility and closed the case. The rep said it’s not supposed to be done that way. The person is supposed to look further into what has happen to the package. He opened a new case and said he referred it to the next level. Stated I should heard a response by early next week.

eugenecurrie30 Good evening. I just look on the status of my package and it is showing that it has been delivered. I never received my delivery. When I went on the Post Office Tracker on their app, it’s still showing that it is in transit to the next facility.
