shoportunist fun_corner It is super easy! When someone buys from you by clicking Buy now they pay the full shipping cost. If they make an offer to you and you accept they pay. If you counter you can choose to give discounted or free shipping. If you send an offer out for a item you can choose to discount or give free shipping. May sound like a lot but once you do it you will understand. Shipping rate is $6.49 if you give discounted you pay the $1.50
