Hello and thank you so much for your purchase. I shipped your item out on Nov 26, and I see that it is still in route to your place. The item can be tracked by the Usps service. Looks like they are having delay on their shipping . Maybe its because of cyber Monday not sure but I appreciate your patience. Thanks again
