madgirlhunting Hi. Thanks for the purchase of the ugg mocassins. As I was prepping them for shipping I noticed that the footbed by the toes was a bit rougher than I realized which I didn’t disclose. brittany_castle If you’re unhappy with your purchase you can send it back and I will happily issue a refund. I carefully inspected the bag before I mailed it and did not see any marks on the outside of the bag. It’s hard to believe I missed something but I apologize if I did. The condition it’s in and the price you paid was extremely fair. I will happily take it back and once received you will get a refund. Please if you can return in the exact way it was shipped. Thank you.

shorty009697 @brittany_castle I will return. I am very sorry I am not worried about the price yes it was a fair price. Its just that the condition of it was not mentioned and I have a picky mother as it was a gift to her. It has a light nail polish stain on bottom. Sorry but will return first thing tomorrow morning.
