stefana_styles Hi. The Michael Kors skirt that you returned is not missing any buttons. It’s not ok to claim that my item was not as described, just to be able to return it. I email poshmark with pictures of the skirt as proof that my item was indeed as described. I’m sure they will refund you since I got it back, but I just want them to know that I did not send a damaged item to you. Thanks

alexandriasaech Hi. Just wanted to let you know that the item you opened a case for does not have a broken zipper like you stated. The zipper was all the way down when the item was returned. I contacted posh about the inaccurate claim but I see that you have been refunded already. Just hope you decide to not take advantage of another posher again by opening a false claim against them. For many people, this is their source of income to pay for their day to day

wesier1 @alexandriasaech i tried the zipper a few times and it kept getting stuck and wouldn’t unzip all the way. Not sure if you know but Poshmark requires a video showing the actual defect and that’s what I provided them. Poshmark ultimately makes the decision. I am glad the zipper works for you but please make sure it works a few times before trying to sell it again so another buyer isn’t faced with disputing the item again.
