ronnielyn I just want you to know I have asked poshmark to look into this. If I truly missed the damage I will gladly take them back. It is never my intention to hide anything. I have all the pics I took even the ones not posted and there were no rips or tears that I saw at all.. Can you ask the buyer to send a pic of the damage so I can see. If it was there and I just totally missed it. I will take them back. I do not want the reputation of sending out faulty goods.

thebesttoday @ronnielyn Honestly, I understand your missing the tear. I missed it at first, as well. I was rewrapping them to put them away when I saw it. I will post a pic for you if I still can and try to adjust the rating, when I get back home. I really like the shoes and I appreciate your responsiveness to my concern. I was thinking that maybe I could see if the shoe shop could fix it.

thebesttoday @ronnielyn Don’t feel bad. Now that I know it wasn’t intentional, I’m ok. These things happen. We r all human & none of us are perfect, regardless of how hard we try to be. I rcvd an order yesterday where something was done intentionally & that sometimes makes it harder to give people the benefit of the doubt. But we’re good. I believe it was an oversight and I’m ok with that, and I think it can be fixed well enough that I can wear them. 😊
