flamingocoast About your review, “I JUST WANTED YOU TO GET PAID” I made $2.05...I apologize that your item was not the correct size, however instead of giving me a one star review and saying something like that, you could have come to me and I would have gladly refunded your money. Poshmark would also refund your money usually. Next time you may want to try to contact the Posher you purchased from or Poshmark first before leaving a negative review like that and 1 STAR for someone who has had all 5 stars.

sherrygates I had made a purchase and shipped it back due to wrong size...I had trouble adding tracking # and then after I sent them an email came through denying the refund stating it was because of the tracking info...I'm kinda new to this and the package is on its way back so idk what to do from here????? And die to the pandemic there was nobody to even call to speak to but I do have all the tracking info and shipped them already?

humblebee50 hi I'm sorry you had an issue.. I'm new to Poshmark as well. Your order was placed on Feb 12th & I mailed it the same day. According to USPS tracking number records, you received your order on Feb. 14th (3-days to accept or reject order). I'm not sure why its has taken you well over a month to address your concerns, but I haven't received the order back. Without a tracking number or receiving my shoes back, I'm not sure of what to do at this time???

sherrygates The shoes are on their way back already and yes it took a minute to send back due to n.y. getting the covid virus currently..also I'm on 2nd shift ANd dealing with critical staffing levels as a nurse ...the other prob was everyone depleted their staff due to virus so for days of calling there was no human to answer me for help...I do have the shipping and tracking info but don't want to send it through this for everyone to see??
