gailmchen1 @cschaffer1 hi! The Poshmark app shows the tracking history for USPS where it was delivered on Jan 23 at 3:08pm to your address in Phoenix, AZ. Perhaps Poshmark support or USPS can troubleshoot what happened to the package that was shipped Jan 21 at 8:31pm.
