lamodechic I reached out to a friend who owns a watch store and they said this: Take it in your hand and rotate your hand back and forth to get the oils moving inside (not shaking it, but rotating)...set the time...then put it on and wear for at least a full day or 2. Considering what is going on right now it's probably hard to get accurate motion like you would on a normal day.
