capri36 @gabdehne1 Poshmark has communicated that because you accepted the item, the funds were released and they cannot process refunds. In the response email they requested the ‘buyer’ to reach out to them directly to open a case. I apologize that I’m unable to do more from my end. I apologize for this inconvenience, but know that I will work to resolve in any way I’m able.
