gabschan @embean2246 hey, it was actually delivered broken. A shadow was completely shattered and was all over the other colors and the inside of the bag. I understand that it was done during the delivery, but it was damaged unfortunately. I don't mind sending you pictures somewhere. I hope we can figure something out and have me pay something close to the original offer as most of it is still in tact, but I think that it would be fair to pay a price a bit lower since it was delivered damaged.

embean2246 Hmm, I'm thinking that if it was damaged during the delivery that hopefully poshmark will pay for it for you or something. So sorry that it broke!! They must've handled it very roughly even though I specifically bought a package that said handle with care. How long did they say they would take to review the situation??

gabschan @embean2246 it's okay! I'm not crying over it haha. I was thinking that maybe the packaging didn't have enough protection since the outside was pretty soft compared to something like a box. :/ I'm really not sure how long it would take. I just got it today and submitted the inquiry pretty soon after. Hopefully it doesn't take too long!
