kristin163418 Hello @gecurley Gabby! I was following up with your purchase of the red tutu dress and when I view tracking it says “visual damage”? I have no idea what that means but wanted to see if you received it yet? It doesn’t say it was delivered but states arrived at unit “visual damage “? Ugh I hope they didn’t ruin your package or something. Let me know honey so I can take care of it.

gecurley @kristin163418 so it was damaged ! It was open and the dress got ruined ! The box arrived soaking wet and torn up. I did ask Poshmark what I should do because it’s NOT your fault but now I’m wondering if I am too because the dress is damaged 😫😭 I have photos for proof I sent to Poshmark that had note left by post office that damaged was caused by them :(

kristin163418 @gecurley omg are you serious? This is awful and completely unacceptable. I’m contacting them also and Poshmark should refund us both! I’m so sad bc that was my absolute favorite dress ever! 😩. Can you wash it? I mean we still both get refunded but can you salvage the dress in anyway? Text me 412-855-8980
