lsammon Hi there! I was reaching out to see if you may have interest in selling the navy lace maxi overlay dress after you wear it Friday. I need it for my bridesmaid for my July 9th wedding. Pinkblush told me 6 weeks ago that they were restocking it mid-June and I just got off the phone with them and apparently, now they aren’t restocking the smalls until August. qfinder99 Hello, I am sorry I see there is a person asking you if you would resell the dress I sold you, this person got your information off my closet comments, I did not reveal your information to this person, I know this because when this person contacted you this person used my closet platform to do it.., this person had ample opportunity to buy the dress from me but wanted to do so privately and not on the poshmark plarform

lsammon Yes, I have been searching high and low for this dress for my last bridesmaid. I’m desperate because my wedding is in 3 weeks and I have a bridesmaid with no dress. I submitted several offers to the seller for the dress that they ignored, so they expired. I’ve had my whole engagement in the pandemic with us down to one income.

lsammon Pinkblush told me a month ago they would restock mid-June. With their discounts, it would have been less expensive to go that route. This week they told me all sizes were in except small which is on delay until Aug. I’m stuck and frantic. I’m doing the best I can as a person balancing the stress of deadlines, changes and budgets. I’m sure all brides have been here.

lsammon Many people purchase clothes for a special event or photo shoot and don’t need/want it afterwards. If this may be the situation you will be in, I was just reaching out with the offer to purchase. Some people would appreciate recouping their money right away and if that’s the case, it could be a win win. That’s all. I’m not sure why the seller is so upset. People Reposh all the time.

gabic7 @lsammon I understand the sellers frustrations and not wanting to sell off the poshmark platform/entertaining offers for a lower price. I also understand your urgency and need for the dress but I don’t know if I will be reselling as I’ve been searching for this dress for a while as well. If I do, it will be through poshmark in accordance with their policies to protect me as a seller and not privately.

lsammon @gabic7 completely understandable. I have no problem purchasing through Posh. I sent Posh offers after they expressed their preference and buy and sell on posh all the time. If you do decide to resell on the next few weeks (wedding is July 9, we leave on the 6th to get there and set up) please just let me know and I’ll look for your listing. I appreciate your time.
