diddyfiddle Hello! Hope you enjoy your new jacket! I take my posh sales very seriously and see you only left four stars. You stated packing and ship time as a problem. You purchased on the 15th, I shipped 16th. The post office was closed the 17th and 18th and you received on the 20th. not sure if you’re taking into account Sunday and the holiday? Also I wrapped in tissue paper with a bow and note. Please tell me how I can improve these things so that I keep my great rating great! Thank you again❤️

gabriel024 @diddyfiddle the delivery wuznt really the issue tho I believe u could’ve ship it sooner but it wuz jst more the part where It came all wrinkled but yah thanks 4 the note that wuz cool thas y I only left 4 instead of 3.
